One of our most crucial production machines, our Multi-Blank cut to length line, broke down at approximately 2:00 on the 28th. Our production manager called Dave and found out that your company had the parts he needed on the shelf.
Because it was so crucial, FedEx custom critical was called, the parts left your facility by 5:55pm and were delivered to us at 5:25am on the 29th. Our crew installed the parts and we were back up before I came in at 8:00. Due to everyone’s effort we only lost 4 hours of production time.
